Thank you for shopping with Whittled Grace Gifts. We take great care in preparing and packaging each order. The following information explains our shipping and delivery procedures.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Some items may require additional preparation time:
• Handmade items: up to 7–10 business days
• Custom or personalized items: processing times may vary and will be noted on the product page.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, Whittled Grace Gifts may offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet a specified purchase amount. Promotional details will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows a delivery issue, we recommend first contacting your local postal carrier for assistance. If you still need help, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged package and product
We will review the issue and assist with a replacement or resolution when applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Whittled Grace Gifts is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, Whittled Grace Gifts ships only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
