Thank you for shopping with Whittled Grace Gifts. We take great care in handcrafting and curating meaningful faith-inspired products. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused
• In the same condition received
• In the original packaging

Before sending a return, please contact us at support@whittledgrace.com so we can provide return authorization and instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Books
• Clearance items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided processing or shipping has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please email support@whittledgrace.com with your order number.
